These terms apply to your use of www.firewoodgeorgia.com and any firewood order placed with Reuven's Wood Firewood Delivery ("Reuven's Wood," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & Pricing

We sell seasoned, split hardwood by the 1/3 cord, 1/2 cord, and full cord, with optional stacking. Prices are listed on our website in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Firewood is a natural product, so species mix, piece size, and appearance will vary.

Payment

Online orders are paid in full at checkout through Stripe. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Delivery

• We deliver within our North Georgia service area. Delivery is free within a 1-hour radius of Snellville, GA. Georgia addresses more than 1 hour from Snellville are charged a $30 delivery fee.
• Your preferred delivery date is a request, not a guarantee. We will call to confirm your delivery window.
• Please make sure our truck has safe, clear access. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or landscaping from a delivery made to the location you direct, beyond what is caused by our negligence.
• Stacked orders are stacked in one accessible location you choose.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancel any time before your wood is loaded for delivery for a full refund.
• If you are not satisfied with your delivery, call us within 48 hours and we will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Safety

Burn firewood only in appropriate fireplaces, stoves, fire pits, or smokers, and follow local burn rules. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from the use or storage of firewood.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
